The 33rd Annual Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Society Conference is being held together with the Florida Historical Society Public History Forum, May 19-21, 2022, at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville. Mrs. Gloria Lee will attend and display some of Ernest’s paintings of the Rawlings home in Cross Creek, Fla.

The combined conference will include engaging panel discussions and presentations each morning, with tours of historic sites, museums, and archives each afternoon. The event features special performances, an awards luncheon, a banquet dinner with keynote speaker Ann McCutchan, and more.
