New Ernest Lee art exhibit to open in North Carolina Oct. 5
St. Augustine’s University in Raleigh, N.C., will open a new art exhibit Oct. 5 called “SAU Homecoming Exhibition: Mr. Ernest M. Lee, Folk Artist, Son of St. Aug.” featuring the work of Lee, a former student of the school and North Carolina resident. The exhibit in the Seby B. Parks Ford of Gainesville to display ‘My Ford Truck’ by Ernest M. Lee
The public is invited to attend the unveiling of "My Ford Truck" by Ernest M. Lee at Parks Ford of Gainesville, 3333 N. Main St., on Feb. 1, 2024, at 2 p.m. Mrs. Lee is donating a print of the painting to Parks Ford, which plans to display it in its showroom.
